Tips for signing companies to find a notary

Our notaries and signing agents are arranged in order of a combination of factors including certification and type of listing ( based on amount paid). We tend to give available positions near the top of the list to notaries / signing agents who have the highest popularity in the area. If you find that the notaries on top are too expensive, the notaries down the list may be more reasonable. So, its good to sample notaries from different parts of the list if your payscale is below $75 per signing.

Tips for escrow and title companies to find a notary

Since escrow and title companies generally pay in excess of $75 per signing, you will find that you can usually obtain the services of an experienced and reputable mobile notary / signing agent for that amount. Since our list of notaries generally has more experienced and full time signing agents near the top of the list, it would be logical to search from the top down. Notaries near the bottom of the list usually either have a free trial, or let their membership lapse even though they would still be commissioned and keeping their listing information current. Although the signing agents at the bottom of the list might be very good, the ones near the top of the list would be a more reliable bet to start with and put their notary work as a priority in their lives.
