Self update requirements for listings

Updates - Please allow (2) to (5) days for updates requested from the update section of 123epayment.com to appear online. Sorry it can't be faster. We only process updates that are sent from 123epayment.com. Please don't call in for updates. If there is a serious mistake on your listing that disables you from receiving phone calls, we might make your change faster than we would otherwise. 123notary.com guarantees that if your listing is not updated within 10 days of your second email request, we will give you 2 free months at the end of your year for your listing.

Self update requirement - Listings on 123notary.com must be updated every (120) days by the notary by:

  1. Visiting the listing on 123notary.com.
  2. Clicking update at the bottom of the listing.
  3. Logging in with a password (There is a password retrieval system on the login page).
  4. Clicking "Confirm Listing" (which is in red letters) in your admin page.
  5. If there is any information that the notary cannot change themselves in edit mode, they are welcome to send a request from the update section of 123epayment.com and then we will make the change for them.

P#2-13 listings on 123notary.com must be logged into at least every 120 days. Sometimes auto-call or email reminders are sent out regarding updating listings while other times they are not, so please do not depend on reminders. If you are removed for not logging in, it is temporary, and we will put you back online upon hearing from you by email and make up for the time you lost if your term has not expired. It is our practice to only remove listings with poor stats, so if you did well on our official Notary test and keep your notes section up to date, we would normally grant you a lot more flexibility about logging in.

P#14-20 listings must also be logged into at least every 120 days and might receive a small penalty to their score in our algorithm if they don't. However, due to the fact that we do not want them to lose their fixed placement, we will allow up to 150 days or more before temporarily removing their listing and will attempt to reach them by phone or email before pausing their listing.
