Self update requirements for listings
Updates - Please allow
(2) to (5) days for updates
requested from the update section of 123epayment.com to appear online.
Sorry it can't be faster. We only process updates that are
sent from 123epayment.com. Please don't call in for updates. If there is a
serious mistake on your listing that disables you from receiving
phone calls, we might make your change faster than we would
guarantees that if your listing is not updated within 10 days
of your second email request, we will give you 2 free months
at the end of your year for your listing.
Self update requirement - Listings on 123notary.com must be updated every (120) days by the notary by:
- Visiting the listing on 123notary.com.
- Clicking update at the bottom of the listing.
- Logging in with a password (There is a password retrieval system on the login page).
- Clicking "Confirm Listing" (which is in red letters) in your admin page.
- If there is any information that the notary cannot change themselves in edit mode, they are welcome to send a request from the update section of 123epayment.com and then we will make the change for them.
P#14 20 listings should be updated every (120) days. We send regular email reminders to those who forget. For those who don't receive our emails, we make automated phone reminders to those who have not confirmed in (150) or more days. We will take your listing offline after (180) days pass without you confirming your information. You will receive a courtesy call to inform you that your listing has been taken offline. You could permanently lose your position if your listing is taken offline, so please take the listing confirmation requirement seriously.
P#7-13 listings must be updated at least once in (120) days and will be temporarily taken off line if not updated within (180) days. We will start sending emails if you haven't updated in 4 months just to remind you. Also, if five or more months goes by and you haven't updated, we will give you a courtesy call. If you ignore our emails and calls and don't update after (6) months then we might disable or delete the listing. Since your listing is either certified or paid for we will make great efforts to contact you many times before deleting the listing though. Please do not confuse the concepts of updating and renewing. Updating means keeping your information current while renewing means making a payment.
P#2-5 listings must be updated at least once in (4) months. Since those are free listings, we have more stringent requirements for updating. We will send you an email if your listing is not updated after four months. If you don't get the email or ignore the email and fail to update after (5) months then we will delete the listing and you will not be able to sign up again with a free listing. Please do not confuse the concepts of updating and renewing. Updating means keeping your information current while renewing means making a payment. Please mark in your calendar to update your listing after four months and then all will be fine.
