I have hired Rosemary many times for a convenient and timely transaction. When I call for her assistance, she always gives me a timeline of when available and if I have not planned well and need a quick notarization, she always accommodates me. Rosemary is always freindly, prompt, professional, and trustworthy. I will continue to use her services for many years to come.

I called Rosemary from California to help my Nephew get a grant deed notarized. Rosemary was not available, but she made sure that she found someone to take care of the situation. She went above and beyond for me.

Very rude. My father is 93 year old stroke victim. Cannot speak, hard of hearing paralyzed except for left hand, but mentally sharp. She attempted to determine his lucidity by asking involved questions. When I attempted to explain to her she needed to phrase her questions in a yes or no format, I was told to shut up. She asked him to write my date of birth (year) he wrote down his birthday. She stated we can't do this and left. She also told the title company my father was not lucid, which forced the title company to redraw all documents so I could sign them with my POA. This is the second time I have intertacted with this person and she was rude both times.

Notary's responses:
On March 7 2017 I was ask to do a general notary for Donald Halbert who was in an assistant care facility in someone’s home.
I asked 3 questions with the 3rd question asking him to write the answer on paper.
My conclusion is that he was not aware of what the documents were about.
His son, Tom, who was at the table with us said, “I’ll find someone else to notarized”.
I wish for this complaint to not be publicized since I have trained and worked many years to be professional, thorough,
and current with all that is require of a notary public for my state.

· I would never have used the words shut up.
· Donald Halbert "scribbled" all the way across the page and continued on to my order sheet.
Nothing resembled his birth date.
· The term "not lucid" were not used. He was not aware of what he was signing.
