What does 123notary.com elite certification mean? 123notary.com elite certification is a much harder type of test based on very obscure information pertaining to loan signing. The purpose of administering this test is to give the more seasoned and experienced notary signing agents a chance to display their knowledge and expertise in the form of an elite certification. The elite certification test is currently given over the phone as of 3-01-08. |
