Marcy Tiberio was extremely adept in her role of notarizing our closing documents. She was professional, helpful, punctual, and very clear in her directions. She came right to our house making it so easy to sign in the privacy of our home. She knew exactly where each signature and set of initials were needed and what they represented. She was more functional in her role of notary and organizer of the 91 sheets of paper (which she had copied and brought 2 sets with her) than any lawyer or paralegal I have ever worked with. Beside that, she was friendly and put us at ease in this process. She took care of FedExing our documents back to the sellers lawyer''s office. They commented on how smoothly things went on our end. We owe that to Marcy. She is amazing and I would seek her help in the future and would recommend her to my friends.

I needed a notary on very short notice. Marcy came from Geneva, where she was working that day to Penfield. She was on time and professional. I was very pleased with her services.

Marcy is professional and very competent. We requested for her to communicate with a family member in New York and schedule an appointment with him to sign a waiver of notice, which he agreed to do. The family member is flaky and irresponsible so it was a challenge for all of us, but she stayed diligent and followed up with him until the Waiver of Notice was signed. We could not have moved forward in our probate matter without her assistance. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a traveling notary in New York.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
