Teresa goes over and above on every file that we have ever assigned to her. DONT BELIEVE ANY Bad Review that may have been written on her profile, it absolutely untrue and should have never been posted. We use her for all of our closings in and around her primary county and would recommend her services to anyone.

I've been working with Terri for a few years now. She is very dependable, hard working and easy to get a hold of. While most notaries seem not to answer their phone or let it go to voicemail Terri answers the first time. She's personable, efficient and gets the job done right the first time. I feel very confident sending Terri out to perform a closing for my company. I always know she will represent us well.

This notary accepted a closing from my company and then refused it once a confirmation was sent. Demanded more money and refused to follow my closing instructions as well. She then refused to take my phone call
Warning
Don't use this notary
Very unprofessional of her!

Notary's responses:
I accepted a job on the phone from DMI on January 24th for a job January 25th at 6:30 pm. The first email confirmation I received was at 5:55 pm on the 24th. The fee on the confirmation was for $75 with edocs. Along with this low fee was instructions for me to ask the borrower 7 questions when I confirmed with them and it was quoted These instructions are mandatory and must be followed on every closing.

I immediatley replied

This is a 55 mile round trip for me. My fee is $100 not $75. Please let me know.

I then also replied that I didn't feel that it was my job to ask the borrower the questions she demanded of me. She called my home and left a message with my son while I was gone. I did not refuse to take her call, I was not home. Before I got the message, I had emailed her back at around 8:30 pm that night(the 24th) stating that I was no longer available.

Ms. Gyure is someone I would strongly recommende only if you are looking for an exceptionally well done job. She is professional, polite, efficient and has all the advanced technology necessary to get you everything you need. Thank you

I needed a notary to come to my house to do a Power Of Attorney for a friend of mine who lives with me. I could not find anyone to come when we wanted to do this. My friend cannot leave the house do to her condition. She wanted this done on a Saturday night so I would be there. I had tried other notaries and no one was available or wouldn't do it. I found Teresa on the internet. She set up an appointment to come to see her. She arrived early, was very helpful and professional. I had tried other notaries and no one was available or wouldn't do it. It was a pleasure to do business with her.

I was in need of a notary to come to my home to do a POA. Teresa is the only one of several I had called that even returned my call. She came to my house on a Sunday within 1 hour of my speaking to her. She was very pleasant and professional and helped me out when no one else would. I would recomend her to anyone in need of a mobile notary.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
