I called Jennifer on a Saturday night to get a vehicle title notarized so it could be sold to a potential buyer that very evening. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a notary and I would loose the sale. Jennifer dropped everything and immediately met me at a convenient location for both of us and got the title notarized and even provided me with a bill of sale along with lots of helpful advice to make sure there were no problems with the sale of my vehicle. Very professional, friendly and helpful service. Thanks Jennifer!

Jennifer was kind, outgoing, professional, organized, and she met me close to my home with short notice. She did a wonderful job for a great price. I would recommend her and will hire her again in the future, as needed.

We called Jennifer from MO on an urgent case and she was all booked that day. However she went next morning to the person's house where we need a fast signature from a reluctant and very cranky party to our court proceeding. She handled everything with tact, diplomacy and efficiency, smoothing things over to get us the signature we needed. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I called Jennifer Tuesday afternoon, and she agreed to come over to our home the same night. My elderly Father is home bound and we needed papers notarized at home. I chose Jennifer because of the other two reviews, and especially because she was bilingual in Spanish. My father knows both languages, and I could've translated, however in his declining state of health, I wanted my Father to be provided information straight from a professional Notary Public. She had patience, compassion, and was knowledgeable. She admitted that her Spanish was not high level, however, it was enough that my Father understood exactly what he was signing. The witness she obtained for us was also professional and easy to understand. My family will hire Jennifer again.

I called Jennifer to help my Mom with some papers and affidavits. She was very kind and patient with us as we didn't have our papers filled out and ready. She stayed very professional and yet compassionate. It was a wonderful experience for both of us and relieved our stressful situation. We will definitely call her again!

Jennifer and her co-worker Judy came to the physical rehabilitation center in East Mesa on a Saturday in November.
This was for a Power of Attorney signing with my mother who is 87 years old.
They were very kind and helpful with my mother in signing the document from our Financial institute. They showed a great deal of patience with her and were very professional.
I found them to be excellent professionals and very helpful.
I would highly recommend both of them for any form of Notary work that requires dealing with hospitalized or infirmed individuals.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
