I had worked for them for years but they are no longer a good company to do business with. Rob Mahon

This company used to be amazing, they paid well and quick and the communication was excellent.
However, that has, unfortunately changed. They sent me out on a signing and told me it was a standard refi......I walked in the door to SIX signers....my confirmation paperwork only listed two signers.
When I asked for them to adjust my fee due to their being SIX signers, which obviously meant significantly more signatures and time on my part the answer was a resounding no.
I took one more deal after that one with them, as they had been great before and wanted to give them one more chance.
I went to the signing and there was an error on the docs. Called Avenue 365 and reset the appointment for the next evening, when the corrected docs would be available. Next day, I received the docs and printed them out.
I then call with a brief question just to be told that this file was never assigned to me and why was I working on it. I assured them that it had been assigned to me. Was again told that it had not been, that Avenue 365 never, ever makes future appointments on the phone with the notary while they are at the table, I assured them that they indeed had. I asked them why in the world they would have sent me the docs if I had not been assigned the signing.
The person I had originally started dealing with on this issue sent me an email with many people cc'd on it, when I responded with my email, showing them the docs they had sent to me, the owner reached out and got on my case for sending the email to anyone but her......like I am supposed to pull it of thin air that the response is not for all cc'd in the email. Then the owner said they would no longer use me at all......no reason given. That was 10 months ago. |
