So in contrast to this multi-million dollar borrower who took up an enormous amount of time on a beautiful Saturday due to her psychosis, I was in a relatively low end area of my city yesterday and made $180 on a 39 page double seller package as just one example of how one can make plenty more money on the low end of modest properties.

I mean, these borrowers took up a lot of my time with their psychotic needs to be assured the city's tax collector wasn't going to make them pay property taxes on their refi. I spent 1.5 hours soothing a lady over the loan and she was just silly anxious over the signing.

One would think they'd offer a little more for such a signing. I've been paid more for a few dumps in the past. This home I went to was over $5 million but that's not even the one they refi'd. They told me they don't consider themselves rich.
