Plus there are fax backs for the same day funding and I wasn't offered any additional fee or told about it by my agency. I'm just feeling a little edgy about it. The agency couldn't find anyone to do this on Friday when I didn't respond and assigned it to me Saturday morning without even calling me which is very unusual for a new agency to operate this way.

Has anyone anything good to say about this company? They have some RED FLAGS I've noted such as letting me know it's a Non-Owner loan that requires same day funding. Seems to me there's a strong possibility it won't get funded and I won't get paid but a pittance for my time and materials by my agency. There is no funding for a notary signing agent on their HUD. I think this is all highly suspicious but then again I've had a bit too much coffee this morning which is why I'm asking for anyone's perspective on this company.
