If you want to spend $12 www.notaryclasses.com has a PC/MAC disc available for purchase on the website that has a set of loan documents to download and practice on.

The disc has many other forms: fillable acks & jurats forms, Copy by Document Custodian, Permission to Take Children Out of the Country and many other forms for CA Notaries.
I teach for this school.
Call the office at 800-973-9865 if you need help?

Thanks. I've googled that, too. There are no sample loan docs at that site, or any site, as I've seen so far.

You can start with this --- http://www.freddiemac.com/uniform/.

I googled Sample Mortgage Loan Documents and there was a list. The above web site is just one of several.

I am certified but it's been 2 years; I never started because I got a little intimidated to go do the first one...

Have you considered taking the signing agent certification course on this website? I'm sure it contains sample loan documents and it would probably be beneficial to you anyway, particularly since it sounds like you have not done any loan signings.
