Didn't mean to make light of the situation as it IS very serious. Far worse in some areas than others...and that can change nearly hourly. Stay safe, stay well...and don't believe everything you're told by hiring parties. Do your own research and use common sense (which seems to be uncommon lately).

I don't use toilet paper (too thin)-- I use bounty torn into tiny strips. Just wanted to share. But bounty is hard to find too. I got to CVS when they had just restocked and got water too. It is hard to buy anything.
Glad that covid-19 is slowing down divorces for now.

Many courthouses are closed now - so recording deeds is not happening. Before the virus shutdowns I did a lot of divorce complaints, but with the shutdowns people are not so anxious to pay the notary regarding the complaints. I'm still doing a lot of notary work from my Farm office for individuals needing one thing and another, and more 401K/Pension withdrawal forms, Workman's Comp papers, general Affidavits, etc. Assisted living places, nursing homes, and hospice centers are on lockdown - and hospitals don't want people wandering around either, so wills, advance directives, and powers of attorney are few and far between right now. I am missing a nice supply of "walk around" money from the individuals. I am really missing checks from title companies, banks, lending companies. I am also missing eating out with friends as much as we did before the virus shakedown. This too shall pass.

Other than getting bombarded by COVID-19 warnings/advice e-mails from multiple TCs and SSs...it's business as usual. Hope that as time goes by, they learn enough to get this latest virus in its proper perspective and this panic subsides. I have to admit that I don't know why people are stocking up on paper towels, bottled water...and toilet paper.

How has the Coronavirus Covid19 affected your life or business? Around here buying bottled water and paper towels is a little tricky. They get sold out fast.
