Both TPC and Skysail are operated by Killinger people - but different Killinger's. Not sure if same family or not but I have personally not had a problem with either company. If Skysail doesn't fit your model, don't use them. Both companies are legitimate enterprises and I would vouch for both.

I recently did a closing for this company and without my knowledge sent the paycheck to a company called Skysail. I've had dealings with Skysail before and they are scammers. Anyway, when I asked about my W9 TPC said they couldn't find it and the only one they had was for Skysail dated that day! I made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and they just referred me to a website for fraud and scams with no help. Any ideas what to do with this? Oh, another thing, the head of Skysail's last name is Killinger and the last name for TPC is also Killinger.
