I'm also trying to get paid for one I did for these guys. If you have any info please email me: jfugal@mac.com Adrian I tried to find your email via your profile but that feature is disabled on here for spam reasons it says. Does anyone know if this company declared bankruptcy?

1. First, confirm they're still in business and they haven't filed bankruptcy.
2. Check the property records - make sure the deed and/or mortgage/security instrument that you notarized did, in fact, record. That's your proof that YOUR loan funded - knocks the wind right out of the argument of "oh, we had to have it re-done so we're not paying you"..but you need a copy of that recorded document to prove it funded.
3. Send them a demand letter with a copy of your confirmation and give them a drop-dead date for payment or else. In your letter be sure to include all the pertinent facts of the signing - the who, what when where of it, including the name of the title company. Send a copy of the letter to the title company. Also send a copy of the letter to the pertinent state regulatory agency for the title company; if the title company is run by an attorney, include a small blurb that if you're not paid not only will you take whatever legal avenues are available to you but you will file a complaint with Attorney so-and-so's state bar association.
4. Look up your small claim procedures in your state. If you're allowed to file small claims actions where the loss occurred, you can draft a small claims action and include that with your letter letting them know that if you do not have payment in hand by XX date the enclosed small claims action will be commenced and they will be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and statutory interest. Name SS, TC, lender AND attorney if applicable.
Stick to your guns. If they do it to one you can bet they've done it to others...and it's a sad state that they're left to get away with it.
Good luck.

Send me your email address and I will forward it to the folks who are taking over Clear Title. They will pay you.
Did a closing on 4/14/14 for Sharon Harper and I have not received payment as of today, 6/7/14. She answered one email on 5/23 and said ck was being cut, but it was never received and she has not returned any calls or emails since.

Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more.
