I find RELTCO to be a great company to work with. They pay fairly and quickly. The signings are straight forward, documents are usually early, and representatives always pleasant and respectful.

| I did 2 signings for them in early October. I am still waiting payment, but it is not 30 days yet. They seem to be straight forward and I had no issues regarding document timings. |

I've done a few lately for Reltco, and I love em'! No drama, no babysitting, fast payment, and...they are NOT cheapskates. The only issue I have run into with them is they are slow getting docs occasionally. I'm sure that is really more a problem w/ title, but still...At any rate, I really like Reltco, it's nice to work with pro's for a change! Like Integrity says, they do ask you to call in before leaving the property, but after you do a couple and they know they can trust you, I just shoot them an email letting them know there were no issues, no prob..

| I completed a refinance for them back in March 2015. I received the assignment through NVS. No hand holding, just had to call in status of closing before leaving the borrower's residence. Received pay within 21 days. |
