I have worked for them for many years. Gina used to always call for signing jobs now James (her husband, I believe), emails me when a signing is available in my area. I have been signing for them a couple of times a month and am getting paid regularly. I do know they will not pay you without the completion report being either faxed or scanned back to them, but I have had no issues whatsoever.

Linda, why did you repost what I wrote? Doris I agree but......well you know how it is today. I did finally get paid but not because of Gina and now apparently she's attempting to make large waves. It's all just childish to me. The unprofessionals are the people not paying, the people acting like school yard bullies and those who egg on the school yard bullies. Someone buy them a mirror!

I have done a few jobs for Gina. She usually contacts me by e-mail, but starting this year the contacts were through Snapdocs or whatever that web site is, and the fees are much lower then in the past. If you completed the job, OP needs to pay. If they want you to fax anything to them it should be mentioned in the beginning, either in the initial phone call or in the confirmation. |

When I told her my policy is to charge for the extra work she got rude and made it clear they won't pay for the extra and won't pay me. She said this policy isn't new but it is new since the last job I did for them. The docs have been processed and the borrower has her check. I wonder if the banks know our pay is being stolen.
It appears another good company has gone to the dark side. I should have known when I was hired that I had to fax, I would have let them know I don't fax and there is an extra charge since I have to pay for it(and travel time).
I don't care much for unreasonable people or those that "hide" the facts. She "banned" me big deal. There are few notaries here and we all talk, companies are asking me why they can't find someone well here you go. Be mean to notaries and withhold their pay that's how you end up with no one to hire. Bad policies just don't make sense.
She made it clear she has NO intention of paying me. Be aware folks, theft of services is on the rise.

I have been doing signings for James and Gina for several years. They are the kind of company that you enjoy getting assignments from. They are very punctual in paying and very easy to communicate with. They return your call or emails ASAP. I love em. |
