Watch out. Never heard of them until a couple weeks ago. Wish I hadn't. Cancelled AFTER job was done then offered trip fee then short changed that! They sent the docs out late but had a time deadline for faxback they never mentioned? Nice, they make multiple errors but my wallet is the scapegoat:(

Has anyone done any business with New House Title? I just accepted an order from them and they sent over Confidential and Non-disclosure Agreement. I already know the importance of protection the borrower's information. I do not work for them and I don't want to be link to them if they make a mistake in this closing. But they apparently need this before I do the work. Please let me know.
