My request was along this subject as well. This company calls and wanted to know if I was available. I said yes. They said it was a small seller package. How many docs. Oh about 49 pages. Ok, I can do that. It ends up being 109 pages twice the amount. I called back and said, I need more money, oh, sorry I guess we were looking at the wrong Closing. You don't have to print another set, I will see that he gets them. Ok. Its out side of town and just a little ways past this bridge. Ok. Its a ways out past this bridge, in fact you go down this snowpacked lane and you turn and go up a snowpacked hill and then your on a Mesa and the road forks, ok he said there were three lefts. Then you get to another incline and its steeper yet, you have manual 4 wheel drive and you climb this hill and you are at the end of the Road so to speak. Well your here and you go in and do your signing and then you go back home and fax back docs. Its these kinds of signings that you really don't like in the Winter Time. So you make a mental note that you need to watch this Company that you don't get stiffed for your fee. In Snowy Colorado

One notary did a sellers package that had 476 pages if you include both sets of documents. That is almost a ream! That notary claimed that most of the sellers packages she was doing were 150+ pages per set = 300+ pages total!
