Stopped working for them. They are cheap and getting paid is not worth the hassle. You talk to Indians from India for everything and cannot get a hold of anyone with any ability to handle overdue payments. You have to threaten and harass to get anywhere.

I have worked with this company for 10 years (previously ILS, Fiserv Lending Solutions) and you can get paid. They used to cut checks every 2 weeks without any involvement on your part to make it happen. Sometimes you run into an issue but I am happy to provide you with the contact person to get it resolved. Please tell me you keep copies of all confirmations--you will need order # and specifics for them to research and resolve.

I still work with them and have no unpaid closings this year.

Email me at klbmlc2@cox.net for details.

"I politely declined due to the fact that I have not been paid for a closing I handled for them on 6/29/13"

I think you just answered your own question.

What is the latest on this company? I received a call today regarding a closing for 19 Oct. I politely declined due to the fact that I have not been paid for a closing I handled for them on 6/29/13

Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries.
