I was very please with their process. They paid within two weeks of closing. I will not hesitate to work for them again.

They pay upon funding I've worked for them almost 2 years and am a primary Settlement Agent with them. Some title companies call us Settlement Agents AFA is one. In Maryland we are a Settlement Officer due to licensing. Don't let that put you off. They are on top of everything and great to work with. I drove to their office last month and had a very enjoyable visit with everyone.

Has anyone done any closings for American Freedom Assurance lately? I got a call from them while on the road and did not have time to look them up so I accepted my first closing with them. They were great sending the documents early in time for the closing to happen on time. When I received the edocs, there was some instructions to send the invoice so I did with the W-9 also. Today, I received an email from them asking me to complete a contract with them in order to receive more business from them. When I opened the contract it was for a Settlement Agent. I am a Certified Signing Agent. I did not feel comfortable completing a contract for nothing other than a Signing Agent. Has anyone received this also? If you did, did you respond by completing it?
