My fees are based on the service being provided, and not by who the client is. I don't provide LESS service when contracted by a SS, and my fee is not discounted.

Hi - Thank you for your input. I wasn't looking to give them a break. I would be contracted by their title department. SO - I usually charge about 110 - 125 to title companies because they do not have the middle man of the signing companies. The signing companies pay about 90 in our area. Should I charge the same 110-125 to the bank - same a s a title company? I appreciate more input!
Also, do you do this FT?

I do a lot of bank signings. Suntrust, Bank of Am, Wells Fargo. It is just another signing except you get to use a nice office. Most banks have an extra office to use. Unless they are providing the docs for you at the bank they do not get any break on the fee. You still have to print them out and travel to the location. I always dress with coat and tie and when I am at the bank I am often mistook for being some type of bank official.

Hi All - Can anyone please advise me on how much to charge with/without docs when contracted directly by a bank to do signing at their facility?
