Title Source is also my 'bread and butter" client. Minimum of drama, no hand-holding, auto pay and the app are big pluses. As long as you pay attention to detail and make zero mistakes, they are great! I rely on the weekly deposit from T. Source almost like a paycheck, the checks I get in the mail, simply bonuses. If you stay good with them, they will definitely keep you busy. At this point, I turn down as many signings as I do for them, simply due to scheduling conflicts. Yeah, I know, they don't pay for fax backs, but..they usualy don't require them, and the sheer volume of work makes it easy to eat the fax fee. My personal favorite.

Title Source has been my biggest client. They are professional, prompt with payment and I just LOVE the new app! If I could receive anough work from them, I would work EXCLUSIVELY for this company! Kudos to Title Source!

I have worked for this company for several years, and through them on occasion, JMT. Both companies are excellent to work for. Docs get to you in plenty of time, if they need to be printed. Most are now sent directly to the signer. They both pay quickly, and have no problems with either company. JMT seems to get orders from Title Source after TS can't connect with any notary. They used to get a lot of work through TS, but a lot has changed since the big fraud years and every company worth their salt are reorganizing and having new processes.
I have been a notary for more than 15 years. I have done over 3,000 signings. Love animals and small children. I am NNA certified. |

For a while there, I was getting calls from Negretes' Notaries for Title Source closings, but lately, I think Title Source is back to doing their own. They use the phone app, MySignings to book most of their signings. I love the app. It's really easy to use, and Title Source does little to no hand holding. You just log into the app to accept the signing, and then update the app when you contact the client, and when you finish the signing, and finally after you drop off the docs. you no longer have to call it in, if you use the app. If you do make a mistake, they send an email with a link to the signed docs, and you can accept the error or dispute it. They also are down to a 2 week turnaround on pay if you sign up for ACH. I LOVE working for Title Source. |

JMT, PSS and Global. Just don't take their closings from Skye. Problems there, major problems at Skye.
Probably won't be open much longer.

I was getting them directly from Title Source for a while - then they slowed down and I received a lot from Field Choice - now they have slowed down as well. Title Source must switch frequently ??? |

Title Source has been outsourcing their signings - anyone know what signing company they hired? |
