Live in the country, do a lot of closing in remote areas. Love my job, clean fresh air, beautiful country. Don't worry about locking my car at client's home. Used to leave my windows down too. BUT, after a particularly grueling closing the other day (borrower's name misspelled, she raised cain about providing two credible witnesses)and now in a hurry to get to my next appointment, I proceeded down her long winding driveway and headed for the freeway. As I picked up speed, I rolled up my windows and before I could turn up the radio, I hear a loud MEOW in my ear. Hit the brakes and turned to look into the wild eyes of a huge cat in my back seat. Now I love animals, have plenty, but have been attacked by feral cats before too. Called the borrower, and her response to my predictament was "well, it sounds like the stray that's been hanging around. Just come back to my driveway and open your door." Got back to the drive and opened the door. Cat just sits there. Finally that dang cat gets out of my car, hair is now flying everywhere and I'm in my standard black pants. That borrower never came out to help me. So glad the cat spoke up before I hit the freeway!

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more. If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
