Be careful. Price fixing is not legal, and the DOJ can enforce the law. In 2006, a notary on NR claims that they got a call from the DOJ. Gulp. They thought it was a prank call, but it was real. Allegedly, some signing companies were thought to be engaging in price fixing. Don't get involved.

Just charge whatever your fees are based on your personal supply and demand. Your supply is easy... Supply = 1. Unless you are a small network of three notaries, then supply = 3. Once again, easy. If you are busier, then raise prices. If you have too much spare time and you are filing your nails down too far out of boredom then it is time to lower your prices.

That was easy.
Charge a market price
Don't price fix
and you probably don't get a ring ring from the DOJ!
