On a side note I just want to say how awesome these things are. I did my first one last week. All I had to do was confirm the identity of the individual on the phone to a judge.

The thing is though I showed up for the first one and after waiting an hour the judge rescheduled the testimony. Then when I showed up again the judge decided to grant bail to the customer's relative without testimony and again I needed to nothing. I still made $50 of each one so basically $100 to sit around in a person's home for two hours. Easiest $100 I made in a long time.

Two suggestions though. Make clear up front that payment is collected whether the judge decides to use your services or not, and make sure to bring some reading material incase the individual is not too talkative.

We have a client who needs to be sworn in for a telephonic court hearing tomorrow morning at 10:45am - cannot find any listings in zip code search.

Anyone available to help out? If so, e-mail me at linda.fbwalkerpa@gmail.com

I am not a signing service - I work for an attorney - all details are to be worked out between you and the client.

TIA

Linda
