I have learned that some companies are just not worth working for - you may eventually get to that point with this company. There are lots of other good companies out there!

I was waiting for e docs for over a day and finally got them - same last name so I printed them as usual only to find the first names were different and also the area I didn't cover.

I called the signing company and was close to accused of accessing the wrong docs! Because of the delay I couldn't do the signing and the guy got somewhat snotty. Others have had problems with this company too.
I always have to call to get the docs on time then they want to send them & have me call them again to put them in pdf so I can access them. Sick of playing games with them, but they pay decent so I just have to stay on my toes with this outfit.
