I am the owner of Priority Notary Services. I am a notary singing agent, not a company. I have never assigned signings so its funny how I have positive and negative reviews. I think the notaries have the wrong company. I do not hire notaries or give out signing.

There doesn't seem to be any recent reviews for this company. I did a closing for them 4/21/16 and have yet to receive payment, 7 weeks later. I left messages and emails at 30 days and haven't received a response. I would not recommend them.

I completed a closing for Priority Notary on October 31, 2014 and finally called them in December to see why I had not been paid. I left messages and finally Eric called me back and said this file had not closed so I would be paid only half. My first questions was when would that be, then I told him, how unfair it was to penalize a notary for a issue that should of been corrected by Title Company before closing. The Documents had the borrower as single and I called Priority Notary from the signing table and asked them how they wanted me to handle this. I was told to mark through and correct with initials. The rest of the story I found out later was the borrower and his wife were separated and she would not sign her portion. After a few more phone calls I finally got a check this week, Jan. 21, 2015 for 50.00 half the signing fee we agreed on. I this is terrible and I only want to work for a company that will pay what we agreed upon when I do the job correctly, and not be accountable to the whole team involved.

I meant more the last minute nature of his signings, they were usually large documents that were sent at the very last possible minute the majority of the time.
In any case I take back the majority of the nice things I said about this company. The fact that they will only pay you $50.00 if Title screws up and fails to close, along with the fact Eric will only pay you once he's paid by Title makes this a total joke of a company to work for. I had two signings that were originally $125 each, but didn't close due to the Title Co. in which case meant I only got $50 each which I had to hassle him for two months for because the title agent went on vacation and wouldn't get back to him.
Any company that will take money away from you because someone else failed to do their job is not worth working for. I just wish I read the fine print closer the first time.

This is a good and fair company.
The few signings I have had have been very problematic thanks to the lenders, but Eric is very understanding and more than willing to pay for any additional travel or cancelation(eDocs) fees associated with a signing.
While the signings themselves might be stressful, rest assure that if a problem arises, you'll be taken care of and compensated appropriately. Also their fees are not bad.
