Do you have problems with the printer overheating in the hot Texas weather?

I love my HP LaserJet CP1525NW color printer and yes I do e-printing via my Iphone and HP on the go in the truck-- you have to make sure your alt on the vech and battery support a intraverter that can supply the power you need on the go.
power intraverter, they come in many sizes, styles, and electrical outputs. make sure that you compare the out put of the intraverter, to make sure that'll do what you want to do. Radio shack, truck stops, tool/automotive stores have them...
I hate having back to back appointments then having drive back.

My point is if you are already in the field, it may be less time and mileage and more convenient to use FedEx Print & Go, rather than spending more time, mileage and inconvenience of returning to the home office to print. The time savings alone with reduced travel may be worth the $9x2=$18 printing fee and may free up enough time to complete another job, adding to revenue for the day. Works best when you are near a FedEx location, and far from your home office, when new rush jobs or changes arrive by email.
The doc files are never given to a FedEx employee. No CD or flash drive needed. A confirmation code, that you receive when placing your order, is required to print the docs. Will have to check on ability to print password-protected PDF files and purging the file after printing. I'm sure other business people have the same concerns regarding document security when using FedEx printing services. Will see if they have a written policy.
Yes, best to get permission from hiring party first. Or, drive back to your home office and print. But with HP ePrint, you can email the docs from your smartphone in the field to your HP ePrinter and you just pick them up and go. Or, you can install a mobile office with a printer or ePrinter in your car.

1. 100 pages $9.00 = X2 = $18.00
2. Time, mileage and inconvenience of having to go to FedEx to print closing docs - suppose it's great on those occasions you're on the road and a call comes in for a job NOW...but still time and mileage involved - so $18 just went up.
3. Check with hiring party as to their agreement with this plan - there are privacy issues to be considered here...
Just some quick thoughts.

My local FedEx Office told me they charge 9 cents per page for self-service Print & Go printing. Same price for letter size or legal size paper. So, 100 pages for $9.00. |

Some newer model HP inkjet and laser printers now include ePrint. The printer has an email address. You can print from a smartphone or remote PC by emailing the document to the printer. The printer needs an Internet connection but does not need a PC. Some have built-in Wi-Fi.
If you're in the field and receive new edocs or changes by email, you can email them to an ePrint printer and then stop by to pick them up.
Some FedEx locations now offer ePrint services with password protection. They call it FedEx Print & Go service. You can download the free HP ePrint phone app from the FedEx website. Run the phone app, choose a FedEx Print & Go location from the list, and then print the docs to that location. It will give you a confirmation number.
Then drive to FedEx and walk up to the self-service printer. Enter your confirmation number for the print job and your credit card and then enter your printing instructions. It prints while you wait. You can also save your files to a USB flash drive and insert the flash drive in the self-service printer rather than sending by email.
It supports PDF, Word and PowerPoint files.
Anyone using HP ePrint at home or office or FedEx Print & Go? I need to check on pricing at FedEx.
