If its only certain pages repeatedly streak horizontally , it is happening to me too but ONLY with B of A docs no matter where they come from. Its not my equipment or yours if this is the case. |

You should always keep an OEM toner cartridge handy for situations like this. Streaking can be caused by rollers, corona, drum, transfer mat, anything in the paper path. It doesn't take much toner residue to cause streaking. Depending on where the streaking appears, should give you a hint of where to look for toner residue.
I suggest you get an OEM cartridge and see if that fixes the problem.
Whenever you change cartridges, be sure to clean the printer with a can of air, soft brush and lint-free cloths.

Does anyone have advice for fixing these black streaks that my Brother DCP-7020 keeps printing on each page. I've taken the toner out, cleaned the wire like 60 times... None of this happened until I replaced my toner with a generic. Will changing the toner solve the problem? It's a fairly new toner so I'd rather not throw out 30 dollars.
