I promise I will not mention the "T" word again. But I think it would be of great help to all specially those who are new if you share to everyone how you would break down the accounting of our income.
After sending that message, I got three signings. One refi and two reverse mortgages.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND BLESSINGS TO A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR!

"There is usually a surge in business around the third of January in my experience. Everybody is excited to get life going again. But it varies state to state, county to county, year to year"
Jeremy, could it be that everyone wants to pay off those Christmas credit charges?

Thanks Carmen, that gives me peace of mind! I'm in Oregon, and my schedule has never been a dull moment like this! I've been spending time cleaning up my 2 ft. high pile and sorting receipts ready for tax time.

It depends. What state are you in? In New Hampshire, things slowed down quite a bit but picked up immensely toward October. Could it be the holidays?

Just an observation. I haven't been getting calls lately for a week now. Am I the only one or is this true to all. Is business slowing down? If I am the only one, what am I not doing that all of you are? Please share. |
