I agree with you Vince, haven't done a $50 signing in about 8 years. I sent the vendor manager an email asking if she would be willing to drive 50 miles for $10 never mind doing the inspection. Requested that they remove me from the database. She never responded to my question... no real surprise.
As a sidebar I just turned down a closing for Nations Direct in an hour and a half from now. They said they pay $60 told them I don't work for that. Gave them my price and don't think I'll be hearing back from them either.

What a joke, they want you to travel up to 25 miles from your home and complete a property inspection which includes property measurements, type of structure, building material, hazards... and they are willing to pay $10 dollars! More for over 25 miles YEAH!
The reponse I got from them was ... "but with volume you can earn $100-$200 a day!" Guess they think gas is free...
