I would also suggest doing a search here. There has been some very valuable input from signing agents.

Also search under electronic signings.

It's an "electronic" signing...a signing done on a computer - signers have been issued a digital signature, you access a website to see the documents and they read and click, signing online. Some docs may need to be printed and "wet" signed if they're to be recorded and the recorder doesn't accept e-recordings.
