Here are some test questions. Which test is this for?

March 16, 2013 version... please have these test questions changed at least once every 30 days.

(1) If the name on the signature section of the documents doesn't match the name on the ID, what do you do to get the document notarized?

(2) Name SEVEN recorded documents. Please do NOT include the NOTE as that is state specific whether it is recorded or not.

(3) If the last name is spelled incorrectly in the signature section of a document and the Lender asks you to initial, where do you put the initial: i.e. above, to the right, left, below, etc.

(4) The APR is: (best answer please)
(a) The interest plus some of the fees and prepaid interest
(b) The amount financed after certain fees and closing costs have been deducted compared to the payments -- and expressed as a compounded annual rate
(c) The amount financed compared to the payments after certain fees and closing costs have been deducted from the payments -- expressed as a compounded annual rate
(d) It is the cost of the loan, and used to compare different loans.

(5) The Note is the security instrument (T/F)
Please do NOT accept answers other than T/F. Please record exactly what they said.

(6) The TIL has TWO or MORE paragraphs about the prepayment penalty (T/F)

(7) Which document in the LEGALS is NOT recorded and does NOT discuss prepayment penalty at all?
