I did a job for these people on 6/26/09 and was to be paid $75. After submitting an invoice I waited 60 days before I sent them three polite faxes over a period of two weeks asking about the fee. No response. Then I sent them a stern fax threatening to go on forums like this if they did not send the check. That got their attention! They claimed that I failed to submit a w-9 and a copy of my commission. Now most of us here are professionals who submit our packets immediately upon being contracted by a new company. I sent them my full packet the same day I accepted the signing. So this is a lie or a convenient oversight on their part. Not only did they seem they seem to ignore the three previous polite faxes to correct this so-called error on my part, but they threatened to sue me if I reported my experience to forums and message boards. I resent the requested w-9 and commission copy with a very straight forward challenge to "bring it on...just pay me"! I got my check in ten days. It seems like this company is one to watch in the future since they seem more interested in pathetic excuses and threats than professionalism.
