Well, it is now November 19, 2009. I have received, after numerous telephone calls, most just going to voice mail, primarily to Keith Byrd (who NEVER calls back) a total of $50.00. This was for the work/invoice from July ($50.00). The August invoice ($50.00) is still open.
The term shyster comes to mind.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and posting on www.complaintsboard.com.
I read also that a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing was made by JG Wentworth.
They have, via the variety of social networking websites, made a pretty positive showing on the first page of Google. Of course it is all their own marketing material. However, if you dig a little deeper, complaints and financial issues begin to surface.

These folks cash-out structured payment programs. I was contracted to visit with a client on two occasions, $50.00 per visit to notarize a few forms and return via FedEx. The first event was July 17 and the second was on August 6, 2009. It is now September 17, and after numerous unreturned telephone calls to Keith Byrd, my original contact, and other staff people, they indicate that they have been very busy but cash-flow was down and will not be able to pay a total of $100.00, until the first week of October.

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more.
If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
