I'd act like a business and do what a business would do. I would send Fox an email and fax stating they have three days in which to overnight a cashier's check or I will be filing a small claims court action. Get the actual paperwork from your court, fill it out listing the actual defendants (which are everyone who benefited from your notary services - Fox, the Title company of each loan signing - if they are not all the same, the loan officer and the each of the borrowers for the different loan signings) and date it 5 days in the future. Email and fax it to Fox and the Title Company stating you will file it if a cashier's check is not overnighted to you in three days.

Be prepared to follow through. Let Fox know you are done playing games.

Hi,

They were for $75 each. Not due to even but cut until June 15th. But I did not have them marked as invoiced.I have done that now. But if you could call in a tracking number or update on line in the future that would be great. Have a nice day!

Georgeann,

I retrieved a vm from you regarding past due payments. Can you forward to
me a list of what you show outstanding and I will have someone look into
this for you?

Thank you,

Jaclyn Fox

Hi,

I have read and taken into consideration all your posts. Who cares if it was a bar before? Can the building never change the business that it houses? You were probably in the wrong building at one point. It would not surprise me. Finally, everyone in town is quite familiar with Fox. We have done very well at that site. Trust me. Jackie has nothing to do with paying you. So you are right, we have never had the circumstance for ANYONE to come to the office. You were the first. Posting lies is a great way to collect. I am really so sick of it.

What does this have to do with paying me for the work I did? I am owed for 4 closings that I completed for you. I am contacting the local magistrate and the Attorney General's Office to see what I need to do to collect payment. I was professional with your clients and completed the closings as you asked them to be done. Why am I being penalized because I asked to be paid for the work I contracted to do?

My point exactly. What does it have to do with you being paid?

Then why haven't I been paid? (Georgeann)

Because we are really a bar. (Jill)

You have a sense of humor. Do you pay your bartenders? (Georgeann)

This is the last of the emails. Please feel free to comment.
