The web page for Noah Savings is gone. Looks like they're out of business or doing business under a different name. The one time they called me the caller lied, said it was a modification when it turned out to be an application for the modification. I turned down the job.

I can enlighten you about Fedex, I've worked there since 1984. Never, ever put your name and address as the shipper. ALWAYS make it from them to them. Leave your information off of the airbill totally. Also, in the reference section write the borrower's name and city. This appears on the account holder's statement. The fine print on the back of the airbill states that if you bill recipient and they refuse to pay, the shipper is responsible for payment.

What is it with these pieces of crap? They stiffed me for 2 signings and now I get a bill from Fedex for $35 because Matt Ward refused to accept payment for the return package. Can anyone help me out here? There address is 17 Goodyear, Irvine CA 92618. Shanda Singer is the first one to call me, very nice of course, but no payment received. 2 days later - Kristen Lanzi contacts me for anothe rloan modification - this is when Matt refused to pay for Fedex bill. Hope to hear from someone out there with ideas on how to pursue this ASAP.
We struggle with bills - and none of us work for free.....This has got to stop.

If you have not yet done the job, I would stay away from doing any of these loan mod applications if I were you. I have not heard one positive comment from any notary involved in these.

That address does not ring a bell with my dealings with Spectra (however Aliso Viejo is right next to Foothill Ranch and Rancho Santa Margarita where Echo Loans/Spectra and Financial Solutions were located). By the way, I finally received payment in full from Spectra/Financial Solutions, including the bounced check fees incurred at my bank, by writing a letter of complaint to the State Bar of CA against attorney-owner Kelly Christensen. I faxed a copy to Mr. Christensen's office before I filed, and they FedEx'd my payment to me that day.

Has anyone worked with Noah Savings, a modification and loan application company located at 65 Enterprise, Aliso Viejo, CA/17 Goodyear, Suite 125, Irvine, CA?

Are they related at all to Spectra Signing Services or FS Law Group Home Solutions who doesn't pay.
