Vince, I was Joan's student for both the regular notary and loan signing courses. I am still full time, though I have not done a loan signing in awhile. I do general notary work as I am a member of my city's Chamber and Commerce and network often at luncheons, ribbon cutting ceremonies, and other Chamber events. I did receive a call to do a loan signing about 2 weeks ago, and from a good company I worked with previously but the scheduler calls at 2:30pm for a 4:00pm signing. I wasn't at home when the call came in and the signing location was at least a 45 minute drive. It wasn't doable for me then so I missed out on that one.

While things are slow I'm taking a Real Estate Principles class at my local community college and I enjoy listening to the instructor share personal stories and experiences from her real estate career. That's something you lose out on when you take an online course. The same with Joan's classes. She has a great sense of humor and that was one of the reasons I took her loan signing class after the notary class. I enjoyed the stories and experiences she shared in her notary career.

People have different learning styles and an online class works for them, and works with their schedule. Personally, I would always choose a live class over an online one. JMHO

It's hard to say how many.

I do know when I asked (on several message boards) that I had a free updated newsletter to our book: How To Become A Wildly Successful Loan Signing Agent only available to our loan signing students who took the class through www.notaryclasses.com I received approx. 300 requests.

Maybe some of the students would like to respond and I welcome their posts.

I am curious as to how many students that you've taught from your area. And even more interested in how many of them are now continuing as full time loan signing agents. It's really great that you are getting 35 signings per month. How many of your students that you've taught are now as successfull as you've taught them to be in your classroom?

Thank you for responding.

I don't think www.123notary.com offers any classroom instruction and we do. I think the best way to become a CA notary is to take the 6 hour requirement and fulfill it by attending a class.

I feel the same way concerning becoming a loan signer, the best way to understand the loan signing industry is to attend a class.

I co-authored the book: How To Become A Wildly Successful Loan Signing Agent and we use it as a teaching foundation in CA.

I do over 35 signings per month and I understand the industry.

Joan, since you are offering classes and books that compete with those items from this website with this offer, could you also explain how these are superior to those that are offered here?
