I did 3 signings for them. Was for the same borrower new doc.s. 9/20/2008 - 10/14/2008 - 10/23/2008. Talked with Jennifer 6/18/09 she says she don't work for them anymore. Can't get a correct address or phone number from yellow pages. Looks like she got me good. Don Ross 210-667-8512

I am still trying to get paid for a March 13th signing I did for her she will not answer her phone or return e-mails. I just sent her a demand for payment I'll see if she responds.

I called the 2nd number in Jennifer's email signature last week and got a FAX tone: 949-380-1219, in case the other one does not work. Carol

NO payment for a March 15th signing! I have refaxed an invoice, emailed them and called several times after 6 weeks passed. Jennifer does not answer her cell phone at all. I'll bet she has folded & run away. She did not sound professional the one time she contacted me to do the job. She was way too casual, almost flippant. I suspect she did not know how to run a people business!

I did a signing for Streamline Signings in March of this year and have yet to get paid. I have e-mailed them constantly and now Jennifer will not answer. Have you gotten paid yet from them?

I did a signing for Streamline at the end of December, and still have not received payment. I've mailed and emailed multiple times, and have received no response. I asked them to tell me if I'd done something wrong with the paperwork so I wouldn't repeat the mistake, but no response to that either.

I completed numerous signings for Streamline Signings.I have not had any problems with Jennifer & her company.Except for one or two times when getting paid was a little slow but i did get paid.As far as the confirmation for the signings being a little vague. The confirmations i have received have my fee listed & the borrowers info on it.What more is needed? There is no need for the document return info because there is always a return label in with the e-docs.What i like most about working for them when she calls me for a signing she always tells me it is an open time.So i can schedule the signing that works for both me & the borrower. In my opinion they are a company worth working with.
Thank You!

I completed 2 signings in the beginning of December for them. After 30 days past I started calling for payment. She was very rude and seemed like she did not have her "stuff" together. I did get paid but it took several not so nice phone calls.

Hello. Thanx for the post. Yeah, they are quite wet behind the ears. The owner (Jennifer) sounds quite young and a little inexperienced. I called her back after instructing her that I received the docs, but no confirmation for the closing (you know, no way to call the borrowers, have my fee in writing, know where to return the docs or where to send my invoice, etc. Not very important stuff!!). When I called her to request said invoice her response was "what do you need?" I finally got the confirmation, but her address wasn't on it so I had to call her again and she gave it to me verbally.
She explained that she used to work for the lender, but has gone solo in the notary signing field (she is basically sub-contracting the out of state jobs.) My philosophy is that I will give a new company one chance to screw me. I just hope Jennifer is more diligent and organized with my payment than she was with the confirmation. I will keep everyone here informed.

Never heard of them. You're right, they sound extremely disorganized. If they are this disorganized while hiring you for the job, they will likely be even more disorganized when it comes time to pay you. I could find no info on the other chat board or on Google. Proceed with caution.

Hello. Has anyone ever worked for or heard of Streamline Signings? I must admit the method of my being hired for this closing was a little disorganized. I got one phone call and was told I would get docs in 24 to 48 hours. There was no confirmation in my e-mail and then after four days I received the docs. Still no confirmation with borrower contact info, my fee confirmed, return address info, etc. I had to call my contact and instruct her on what to include in the confirmation!! Should I be worried? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
