Welcome Cj!

It is a little more complicated than that. All of us charge different amounts. It will depend on what type of loan it is. What I mean by this is is it a first, second, combination, reverse mortgage, purchase, sellers doc's, etc. Are they to be overnighted? Do I have to print? How far is it from my location? Once I have this information I give a price. You need to figure out what you will need to charge to make a profit. Personally I charge 150.00 for overnight and 175.00 if I have to print. If it is a combination, first and second I chare 200.00 and up. If you are working with a signing company (middle men) the fee will be way less.

Have you taken any type of loan signing course? If not you should it will be very helpful. If you need assistance with this call me at 888 838 1458 option 3
