That is what I did, thanks. They said they would not pay me for the other signing but would pay me a good fee for returning to do the resigning. I knew the signers already so the signing went really fast. I also got to see the fabulous job they did on their new kitchen. Laurie

I to got stiffed by coversign. If another company wants to pay you to fix a problem and you have a good relationship with them go for it. I would let them know what coversign did to you and if this company could help you with collecting from TC? Just a thought.

I did a signing for Maurice Coleman in Dec. 07. Never got paid! Now I get a call from another signing sevice saying that the deed was rejected because I printed it out on letter and the wording is to small. Now I can't remember what I printed it on only that I follow my notary instructions and have never had any problems. But who knows!! This company has paid me for my signings and wants me to reprint the deed and go get it signed. What would you say? Laurie
