That sounds like Gary Drury. He has a web site and goes from one thing to another. Bankruptcy, Notorizing Living Will, Divorce, Foreclosures etc... He spends a little time on one and moves on to another program and then start over again. I don't know of anyone who has made any money with him but he has made money off of people.

Do not do this unless you are thoroughly knowledgable with bankruptcy documents and how to prepare them. It may look simple, but it's quite complicated.
I'm a paralegal and have been for over 20 years. I see these sort of scams all the time. A book or 45 minutes of training is NOT going to make you an expert or even comfortable in preparing these forms. It takes alot of time and effort in reading and making sure you do not give out legal advice or tell the debtors what to put on those forms.
I do this also for a living as part of my paralegal business, in addition to my notary business.
It has been fruitful, but again, lots of paperwork, and if you don't know what you are doing, and why, the little training you may get from these scam artists, is still not enough to protect you. Especially, if you are called before a trustee to testify on your documentation work, which if this does happen, and may result in severe consequences.

Bankruptcies are increasing every year. As notary signing agents we have seen our incomes directly affected by the slow down of the economy. Bankruptcy processing is one way to supplement your notary income until--or if--the mortgage business returns to it's former strength. It's easy and you can do bankruptcy processing from your home. Click on the link below and enter your e-mail address to watch a 7 minute presentation about bankruptcy processing. If interested, you can register for a FREE webinar for more information about the bankruptcy processing opportunity.

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more.
