P.S. I visited their website, and it's really creepy too. The site's not listed in Google's rating system indicating it has virtually no real strength on the Internet.
What a crazy agency - They called from Florida to California today for a one document one signature Deed. They are attempting to take business that belongs in the local market for these kind of jobs. Any notary who would take this job is out of their minds.
I did one for them in early Aug. No payment yet. Was contracted to do another one for them with Fiserv last week. Had printed docs but then had an emergency. Was going to send another Notary but because he was not NNA background checked they could not use him.
Wanted my print fee but was told that I had canceled therefore no print fee. Not true, I was willing to send another Notary. This Notary has worked with me for over 4 years and has a background check from another source other than NNA. Too much 'red tape' for me. Will not work with them again.
Completed a signing for Hardcore 2/9/06 and received payment 3/18. Courteous and communicated accurate information when I inquired when payment would be received. Consider payment received within reasonable time frame.
Had a call from them today. As you can see I've had a couple of "issues" being paid recently so I'm a little "stung" so-to-speak. I pulled this little link up and got tickled. It's always nice to be surprised with humor. Thanks for keeping a good sense of humor in this world!
I did many signings for them (Lilly)in 2006-2007. Last I heard from them was August 2007. They were always very supportive and paid in a reasonable time. I had one very difficult signing that became a serious issue that involved a waiver from the Bureau of Conveyances in Maryland and took weeks to resolve with the Escrow officer. I finished the job and never heard from them again.
