I'm sure the Notary who wrote that is one that a signing company should avoid.
Expert Signing has always been good to me.

This company has only been registered with the City & Country of San Francisco as a business since November of 2007 That’s less than seven weeks of experience as a signing agency. They misrepresented this signing as a standard first, when in fact it was a reverse mortgage. They did not work with me when the client stopped the signing 75% complete because of an issue with some of the terms. This company is to be avoided.
Will not work with notaries or the signers. This company will not even pay a print fee or trip fee. Avoid.

this is a new signing company in San Francisco, California.
they stiffed me on my very first job with them. To make matters worse yet, they were nasty. I been looking them up on the internet and it seems as if their mortguage brokers who are trying to supplement their income as a signing service.

aviod them and aviod a bad experience
