We have been very busy with closings throughout Georgia. Others inform me that they are going out of business. Marketing and professionalism go a long way to build and maintain a successful business.

I had 1 today and 3 for tomorrow (Saturday.) I did 7 last week.

The signings I have done recently have been with a borrower(s) having a very good credit score.

I've got 4 jobs set up for tomorrow and Saturday. Yeay!!! September was a horrible month and I'm so happy that this month is looking better. Most of my work this month has come from 123Notary, so Thank You!

I had 3 last week which was almost more than I had for the whole month of September....being patient and making more contacts.

I broke my personal records for June, July and Aug. I wish I could have cloned myself all summer. Sept was a lot slower. Oct is starting out very good. I have had at least 2 every day since Oct 1, even on Sat.

Carmen told me that she read on the notary rotary forum that many notaries had reported that things were picking up finally. I hope this is true. Let us know if you are experiencing the same.
