I, too, had several major issues with this outfit. It was an Application signing and I stipulated Full Fee regardless of outcome and they agreed. I could not reach the signers so requested another number. They said it was already confirmed--just show up.

I go at the appointed time and the wife is not there. Will be at work for the next 3 hours. I call Tier 1 and they ask if I'll sign him and go to her workplace for her signature. They agree in writing to add'l fee for this. I return all docs timely and 30 days later inquire about payment. Well, seems the signers didn't qualify or follow thru, so....

After way too many calls & e-mails & working my way up the chain of command, I finally received the full fee 89 days later.

If you don't value your time and experience, nobody else will.

I recently signed for this company, scanned the entire package back, no errors, everything went smoothly, dropped the UPS package at Staples for next day delivery...all went fine. Two days later I received an email wondering where the docs were. I told them when and where I dropped the package and then even called Staples, spoke to the woman who took my package who remembered me and told me that she had scanned and gotten the package out that day in time. She also explained that at this time, due to covid, UPS was not guaranteeing next day delivery. I relayed this to Tier 1 and didn't hear back. When I got my check, it was $25 short. I emailed them about the mistake and was sent a very insulting, and vicious email calling me incompetent and unprofessional among other things. This was not my fault at all and along with insulting me, refused to pay the full fee. Stay away!!
