I haven't worked with this particular company, but I have notarized affidavits for record retrieval. I just did one today and yesterday. They hire me from afar, I usually print a couple pages (mostly for backup), one notarization and fed ex back.

Sure it does; you could be contracted by them to go and notarize the Affidavit of Document Custodian wherever the records are kept (hospital, nursing home, doctor's office etc etc).
