I have had good results with the Notary One program. Also pick up regular local Notary jobs. Easy, fast, cash. I charge $30 + $1.50 a mile point to point + $2.50 per Notarization (N.J. state mandated fee). Jim Lissemore www.Flexo-Notaries.com

I, too, really like this site. I stumbled upon it when googling and it has a wealth of information pouring out of the seams! Really beneficial site for notaries/signing agents. I'm not sure how long it's been in existence, but at last look the directory didn't seem very extensive -- as such, I'm not sure how much lender/TC/SA traffic they get. But the site is most definitely one you could get lost in (in a good way) because it's so helpful. |

Jeremy - thank you for providing a forum where we have the opportunity to speak freely and one that is not aggressive. Since you asked, here's one of my favorite sites for a neat Mini-Webpage listing:
www.GoGetNotary.com
Please use my Discount Code: classes06
The President, Sharon Hassler, has a lot of great articles and resources to include samples of business cards that newbies would likely appreciate and benefit from. Please take a minute to check out her site - she's one smart cookie with years of experience in the lending industry. You can also take a look at her format for listings - my zip is 92587 if you'd like to see an example.
I love sites that allow you to post your professional photo - I personally think people resonate with smiles and faces and I have been told many times that's why I was contacted. Guess if I look like someone's ex=wife, this may not be a good thing! LOL

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more.
If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
