Doris, it was a re-fi Loan Ap.
RE: FIRST FINANCIAL MORTGAGE SERVICES. I was finally paid on July 31, 2017 from the borrower's personal lawyer. Mr. Erck has apologized for the delay.

Before anyone accepts an assignment from Paul Erck, Branch Manager, First Financial Mortgage Services, consider that I have yet to be paid pursuant to my doing work for this company on May 15, 2017, and submitting my invoice on May 15, 2017 for services rendered. It is almost two (2) months now and no check.
Emails from Mr. Erck in response to my payment inquiries advise that their client still hasn't closed, but when that happens they'll mail me a check. It was never discussed or agreed that my notary fee was CONTINGENT upon their client's business with them. This is serious disrespect and disregard for the notary. /Penny Henritze, Georgia Mobile Notary 7-6-17
