I was given a signing my local area at 1:00 PM 9/20/16 by Title Resource Group. On the day of the signing (three hours prior to the appointment) i get an e-mail from them saying that the assignment had changed to 1:00 PM on 9/21/16, asking if I could make it. I was lucky enough to reschedule some other appointments to make the rescheduled 1:00PM. I arrived 15 minutes early, no one was home, no one was home at 1:00PM, 1:15, or 1:30. After repeated e-mails and phone calls I get someone at Title Resources Grp.. Only to hear them tell me that this assignment has been rescheduled once again to 8:00 PM that night. I told them I was booked then and couldn't make the rescheduled time. Only to hear "Oh, no problem, we will just find another notary!" She told me I would get $25.00 for this signing, that was $100.00 less than the agreed to amount! What she dosen't know, there is only once NNACSA in this 8,000 square mile area, me! The next closest qualified signing agent is 150 miles away over 3 mountain passes. The lender on this whole thing is Quicken Loans, guess I'll just have to call them and see what they think of Title Resource Group. I am done with TRG! |
